Cadence 使用条款 (Terms of Use)

1. 服务概述与协议接受

Cadence 是一款面向 Apple iOS 平台的习惯管理、日程提醒与多阶段长期计划规划工具。本服务包含免费基础功能与可选的高级增值功能（Cadence Pro）。

若您不同意本条款的任何内容，请勿安装或使用本应用。

2. 软件许可范围 (License Grant)

在您严格遵守本条款及 Apple Media Services 条款的前提下，开发者授予您一项个人的、不可转让的、非排他性的、可撤销的有限使用许可，仅允许在您拥有或控制的受支持 Apple 设备上使用 Cadence。

您不得对本软件进行反编译、反汇编、逆向工程、出租、出借、分发或创建衍生作品。

3. Cadence Pro 订阅与计费规则

Cadence 提供自动续期订阅（Auto-Renewable Subscriptions）服务：

• 订阅方案：
  • Cadence Pro 按月订阅（jzhone.Cadence.pro.monthly）
  • Cadence Pro 按年订阅（jzhone.Cadence.pro.yearly）
• 支付方式与扣费：所有购买均通过您的 Apple ID 账户进行结算。确认购买后，费用将直接从您的 Apple 账户中扣除。
• 自动续订说明：根据 Apple App Store 标准政策，除非在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅将自动续费。Apple 将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内向您的账户收取续费费用。
• 取消与管理订阅：您可以随时通过系统“设置” -> “Apple ID” -> “订阅”管理或取消您的订阅。即使取消订阅，在当前已付费周期结束前您仍可继续享有 Cadence Pro 权益。
• 退款与争议：所有通过 Apple In-App Purchase 进行的交易均受 Apple 退款政策管辖。如需申请退款，请直接通过 Apple 官方支持渠道 (reportaproblem.apple.com) 提出。

4. 本地数据自持与用户责任

Cadence 是本地优先 (Local-First) 架构的应用：

• 您的全部任务、完成记录及习惯数据均保存在您的本地设备上。我们不设集中式云端同步服务器。
• 备份与密码：应用提供使用 AES-GCM 强加密的导出备份功能。用户须对自身设定的备份密码妥善保管。因遗忘密码、设备丢失或在未备份情况下卸载应用导致的数据丢失，开发者在技术上无法协助找回亦不承担责任。

5. 知识产权

Cadence 的所有权、界面设计、图标、算法引擎、文档及商标均归开发者所有。本协议未明确授予的任何权利均由开发者保留。

6. 免责声明与责任限制 (Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability)

• Cadence 按“现状 (AS IS)”和“可提供 (AS AVAILABLE)”基础提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证。
• 提醒通知依赖于 iOS 系统的本地调度机制（如通知偏好、专注模式设置等）。开发者不保证提醒在所有极端系统低电量或被限制状态下 100% 毫无偏差。
• 在适用法律允许的最大限度内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本应用引起的任何间接、偶然、惩罚性或继发性损害承担责任。

7. 条款修改与联系方式

开发者保留随时更新本使用条款的权利。修改后的条款将直接在本页面发布。继续使用本应用即表示您接受修订后的条款。

Cadence Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

Cadence is a habit tracker, routine scheduler, and multi-stage planning assistant designed for iOS. These Terms govern your access to and use of the application and the Cadence Pro subscription.

2. License Grant

Subject to compliance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cadence on authorized Apple devices.

3. Cadence Pro Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscription Plans: Cadence Pro Monthly (jzhone.Cadence.pro.monthly) and Yearly (jzhone.Cadence.pro.yearly).
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions anytime via your Apple ID Account Settings (iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
• Refunds: In-app purchase refunds are subject to Apple's policies and handled directly by Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Local-First Architecture & Data Responsibility

Cadence stores all schedules, habits, and notes locally on your device. We do not maintain a cloud account server. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your device, maintaining backups, and retaining your encryption passphrases.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Cadence is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Notification delivery may be subject to iOS system Focus modes, power saving, and SpringBoard scheduling. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
